Hi,
I'm Tova Benisty, Founder of The Daily 10 Program. I've helped hundreds of postpartum mothers reclaim their strength and confidence.
I have been working in the fitness industry for over five years and am a certified personal trainer, pilates instructor, gym coach, TRX coach, and pre and postnatal trainer.
My extensive work with women made me realize that so many women are unaware of what happens to their bodies postpartum, how to exercise correctly after giving birth, and that a weak core is healable.
I began learning about diastasis recti in-depth, and after starting to train women with specially-tailored exercises, I understood that there was a real need for a broken-down, daily program that women could incorporate into their busy lives.
When I'm not training women, I enjoy strength training and jogging. I also love cooking, baking, and hosting (in a different life, I may have been a party planner). Spending time with my loved ones fills me up, as does quiet time alone at the beach.
