Lower back pain, diastasis recti (also known as a 'mom pooch'), and pelvic dysfunction in postpartum women can all stem from a weak deep core.

The deep core is made up of the diaphragm, pelvic floor, deepest abdominal muscles, and muscles on either side of the spinal column.
The functioning of all of those muscles is greatly impacted by pregnancy.

While working as a personal trainer with dozens of women, I realized that so many women are unaware of how many of their postpartum health issues are due to a weak deep core.

Hi, I’m Tova Benisty

A pre and post-natal personal trainer and I believe that every woman deserves to feel good about her postpartum body.

I created the Daily 10 Program for postpartum women who want to strengthen their bodies but are short on time.

The program combines the convenience of exercising from home with the support of a closely involved personal trainer.

You don’t have to spend hours exercising every day in order to heal your body- small amounts of regular, consistent exercise can lead to long-term healing.

In the Daily 10 Program, we work steadily and consistently toward achieving sustainable changes with daily ten-minute exercises.

We start by getting acquainted with your core muscles, move onto the foundations of 360 degree breathing to activate your core, and then increasingly engage your core muscles. You will learn to put both your mental and physical strength to work as you strengthen your body.

Deep core healing is a new concept for many women, and I want you to feel comfortable, reassured, and confident as you progress through your deep core healing journey. I therefore encourage you to book three half-hour Zoom sessions whenever you want throughout the course so I can help you in real-time. In addition, you are invited to ask any questions at any point during the course via email.

About Me

Hi,

I'm Tova Benisty, Founder of The Daily 10 Program. I've helped hundreds of postpartum mothers reclaim their strength and confidence.

I have been working in the fitness industry for over five years and am a certified personal trainer, pilates instructor, gym coach, TRX coach, and pre and postnatal trainer.

My extensive work with women made me realize that so many women are unaware of what happens to their bodies postpartum, how to exercise correctly after giving birth, and that a weak core is healable.

I began learning about diastasis recti in-depth, and after starting to train women with specially-tailored exercises, I understood that there was a real need for a broken-down, daily program that women could incorporate into their busy lives.

When I'm not training women, I enjoy strength training and jogging. I also love cooking, baking, and hosting (in a different life, I may have been a party planner). Spending time with my loved ones fills me up, as does quiet time alone at the beach.

In case you were wondering...

Yes! This is not a traditional exercise program. I teach you to breathe correctly, engage your core and activate your muscles to heal your body.

This varies from person to person, depending on how many times you've given birth, how deep and wide the gap between your muscles is, and how consistent you are in doing your daily exercises. Many women see a visible difference after 3-4 weeks.

This program is suitable for any woman at any stage of life who has diastasis recti or suffers from symptoms of a weak core. You can be weeks, months or even years after giving birth- it's never too late to strengthen your core!
